I didn’t want to go a week without a post so I’ll update you on a few things going on behind the scenes here.
First, I had 43 women apply to be featured in my free promo event and I was thrilled to see almost every single one of them represented a different company or their very own. All of these women are working for themselves whether its from home, in direct sales or their own brick and mortar stores. For some, these jobs are their ONLY source of income for them or their families. How are they doing it? And could it be something the right job for you? I hope to answer some of these types of questions through my 2010 Summer Series: WAHM’s and Self-Employed Women Share.

Second, well, Memorial Day being on Monday really threw me off this week. I’m still just getting use to the idea that tomorrow is Thursday.
Third, as if editing and posting 43 features this summer (with pics) wasn’t enough…I have another series I’m starting. This one will be a bit more secretive and it will be on Saturdays. But I’m excited about it. More to tell on that real soon. Oh and yeah, I’m still sharing what I’m learning at my other blog about ProBlogger’s 31 Days to Build A Better Blog. But that series is coming along really slow. But thats okay, I knew it would take me more than 31 days. That blog is my dumping ground for the more techy-bloggy-“businessy” side of blogging.
Fourth, today I popped out a NEW “feature” button. So if you’ve been featured on my blog you may want to go grab that cute new button off my sidebar.
