I’m so excited to tell you that we have an Earth Fare in our area now and there is so much to love about this store! Since I recently started juicing this is a big deal to me, but more about me juicing later.
As a blogger I was invited to take a special tour of the store before the grand opening of this new North Canton, Ohio location. This makes a total of four Earth Fare stores in our great state. Earth Fare provided everything for this review post and gift card giveaway (opinions are my own). Oh yes, I get to give away one $25 gift card! (I also received one).
One of the things I most loved about the tour was learning about how important providing local goods is to them. You will find approximately 20-25 local brands featured in this North Canton location, if I understand correctly. I love that! Just look for the red “local” tags like you see below. Look for red “gluten free” tags around the store as well.
You can pick up breakfast, lunch or dinner and fresh green juice the whole time the store is open! From 7am to 10pm all counters are open. How wonderful is that!
At Earth Fare you can get your produce cut up for you there!
At Earth Fare you can ask to sample anything – even if it’s in the bag and they will assist you. They want you to know you will like something before you buy it.
They offer bulk dry food items, you can press your own nut butters (they have a variety), pick from a variety of oils and fill a container in the bulk area, and more.
The Heirloom Organic Cafe & Juice Bar seats 24 and offers 100% certified organic coffee and juices.
Listen to this about Earth Fare’s Quality Standards. “The food we sell at Earth Fare is as close to the ground as it gets, which means we have high standards for what goes on our shelves.”
Here is what you won’t find at Earth Fare:
- high-fructose corn syrup
- artificial fats or artificial trans fats
- artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or sweeteners (artificial ingredients have been known to increase ADD and ADHD symptoms they say)
- antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones in their fresh meat or dairy
- bleached or bromated flour
