I’m pretty tired tonight but wanted to be faithful to do a Monday post. I thought I’d share a bit about what we’ve been up to and what I’m reading and researching – because I enjoy doing it. But first I want to mention that Friday night we had friends over to watch the movie Woodlawn. While we had a good time that night, my husband and I actually didn’t like the movie much. Not all Christian movies are made equal, but here are six Christian movies I can recommend.

Saturday was a great day of staying home and doing stuff around the house – very relaxing, in my opinion!

I love learning and researching. I’m much more of a realist – and prefer realistic learning vs. fictional entertainment. I think my husband enjoy fictional movies more than realistic documentaries. So I think we complement each other in that way. I lean strongly in one direction and he leans towards the other. Anyways…

A lot of my “research” lately is happening via Youtube (because I can multi-task) while I’m working online or working in the kitchen. I also read before bed. My topics lately have been on evidence of giants (Nephilim) in biblical and secular history to modern day accounts (some amazing info is out there) and the history of the Roman Catholic Church (I recommend everyone study this one) and the Jesuits (study this one too).

The reason I recommend everyone research the RCC is because of how corrupt, unbiblical and damning the RCC really is. I know that sounds mean, but it’s true. Don’t believe me? Do your homework.

“Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.” 2 Timothy 2:14-16

I’ve been studying the RCC for years. My husband grew up in Catholicism. The RCC is the old Roman Empire with it’s pagan beliefs transformed into a religious system by Constantine. And that is barely scratching the surface.

My husband and I are also watching the approximate 3 hour documentary A Lamp in the Dark directed by Christian Pinto which about the history of the Bible and the evil workings of the RCC and it’s Popes in killing Christians because they loved the Word of God (the Bible). Go rent it from the library and watch it, like now. There is a sequel to it that I want to see, too.

I’m slowly reading my way through The History of Religious Liberty by Michael Farris, which is about the same topics: the Bible and the RCC. See links below to some of the resources I recommend from Youtube.
