Off-grid pantry planner

About two weeks ago my husband brought home a bucket of tadpoles. Someone at work had brought them in and was giving them away, my husband brought home what was left:  A whole lot of tadpoles of various sizes.

NOTE: Since doing this project I have learned there may be laws about removing critters from where you found them and setting them free in new areas.

The very next morning all of the really big ones appeared to be dead 🙁 . I flushed them down toilet. I had nine survivors and then a few days ago two of them appeared to have died also.

So its been about two weeks and I’m happy to show you how our seven survivors are doing! Some of them have legs now and they just seem to be changing by the day!

It appears I am the one (in our home) most fascinated with these strange critters. My plan is to set them free after they grow all their legs. However, this is also a fun “homeschooling” project too, don’t you think”?
